This off-dry style Olive Farm Wines Traminer is the perfect match for hot wings and blue cheese dip night! The two seem to match perfectly and it’s hard to have one without the other in my household. The Traminer is made from Gewürztraminer grapes which are grown in the Swan Valley.
It’s a pale straw colour on the eye with a sweet floral bouquet and hints of tropical 🌴 fruits rising up from the glass. On the palate it makes me think of vanilla infused fruits - it’s definitely on the sweeter side of the spectrum but it’s balanced out well with acidity. There’s no doubt about it - it’s the perfect wine to enjoy with hot wings!
