Palmalias Cannonau di Sardegna

First glass quite good. Following glasses poor. Cheap rubber cork doesn’t work with Coravin.

Translucent Ruby red color and full bodied. Dark bramble fruit with light notes of leather and earth leading to a smooth moderately tannic finish. Tasty, hefty red. Good on it's own, but better with food. Will pair well with a good BBQ or flame grilled steak. Great value.
