I have and will always love this wine. Earthy upon opening and then evolved into this beautiful perfume of sweet flowers and peppers. Matched with a soft texture and medium acidity it's the perfect meat wine.

The QPR here is insane. Enjoyable now, plenty of cranberry, black peppercorn, green tobacco and pencil lead, but clearly age worthy also. Curious as to why this hasn't been snapped up by everyone yet

Ethereal and profound. Barely any color left, light body with its 12.5% ABV, well integrated everything and oodles of complexity with its sousbois, leather, red berry, green peppercorn, and tobacco. Very long finish. 1979 vintage.
