My palate craves a lingering acid. This is light but can be right with a light fish dish..Interesting some peeps 9.4 others 8.0. , point is palate like fingerprints, different for all.

black currant, blueberry compote, and cedar. jammy dark fruit up front but fresh and outdoorsy too. lacks the bell pepper i have come to expect from CF. easy drinking and budget friendly, should be a crowd pleaser.
