Au nez, on sent un peu la verdeur, mais du côté typique du Cabernet Franc. Le poivron vert est bien présent en bouche. Très typique du cépage et de l'appellation, exactement ce que je recherchais pour bien me former.

A nice young wine. But non-descript apart from high tannin content. The half bottle we had probably whetted our apetite for the Bordeaux we had after. Extra points for being environmentally friendly - not sure how though (the French on the labeling was difficult to fully decipher).
