Held on to this one for a couple years to see how it would develop. Now 5 years old, it's mellowed out - soft, red fruit. The green notes have dropped off a bit and the tannin is in a good place. Good to know that even the cheapest of the raffault wines can stand up to a little age.

Dry black currant flavor; aged for 3 years so it has started to mellow out. Nice Cab Franc!

Young but delicious. Smoke, eucalyptus, mushroom and hint of green pepper. Very light and smooth. Much less complex than the 2002 but tons of promise.
