Super approachable and a wonderful bang for your buck. Toasty, lemony, with some tropical fruit.

Odd I don't understand how anyone would say this has a long finish... nice start, buttery, but then nothing on the end. Nice but there are better chards.

2014v. Faint yellow. Green apples and citrus on the nose. Tart apples and lemon on the palette, with a faint bit of oak and apple peels on the finish. Overall, it's a pretty clean chard, but I find the high alcohol throws off the balance a little. That's why I'm docking the score a little. It's a little boozy, and might be better with simply grilled chicken or fish than something more prepared in a more delicate sauce. 14.2% ABV.
