Lots of Victorian vibes on the label. Ruby, rose color. Smells like old books, linseed oil and red fruits. Flavors are smooth and juicy for French. Has a nice bite too. Kinda classic Bordeaux blend. Wonder how they got the Meritage name. That’s supposed to be for American Bordeaux style blends…This definitely scratches the French red itch.
