2020. Nice fizzy carbonation on opening that included a bit of the funkiness that many orange wines have. It dissipated quickly revealing tart fruits (unripe peach, citrus). Paired well with umami laden slow-roasted tomatoes and chicken thighs.

Nov 16th, 2021Did your wet barn fart raspberry grapefruit and then try to cover it up by spritzing a lemon in your direction? Have I got the “do I smell…?” conversation cover for you. It’s definitely the wine. And you definitely like it. Don’t feel weird about it.

Sep 6th, 2021Beautiful magenta color, with a light nose of plum and bold fruits. The flavor is more ripe red fruits, tart cherries, light raspberries, a slight minerality with a lingering sour note on the finish and a nice effervescence. Kinda like a cherry candy, and a nice refreshing wine.
