Without food the tannins can be feel going from the tounge all the way to the gum, leaving a gruff taste/feeling for a long time.
Should be in the cellar a bit more or served with the right food.

Jan 23rd, 2018Stored perfectly so it's still not totally mellowed out. The tannins are still there as are some of the juicier features, so you should consider letting this sit for another two it three years. Should turn into a delicious and interesting wine.
