Apex Predator Third Tropic Level Farmhouse Ale

Good beer. Great beer when fishing.

Citrus a bit of sour notes combined with lemon peel and hops. Very good

Finish could be longer, but only b/c midpalate’s got distinctive waves of flavor. Oddly vegetal a minute after taste; in a good way. Great for dining.

Chicago brewery. Drinkable

Brightly bitter, with a long yeasty, wheaty finish. Yum!
