This wine needs attention! This is the style of Chablis, serious wine. Needs a big glass and some time to breath. Terrific concentration, a hint of well integrated wood, great balance and fresh an lingering in the finish. Love it!

100% Vidiano....and mighty tasty. Punchy acidity, rich and concentrated but most notable is the length; incredibly persistent finish. A great intro to the variety. #oenops #vidiano #greekwines #cretewine
