Label looks cool/classy. And Don’t Panic, It’s Organic! Dark maroon color with a ruby reddish edge. Smells of something fruity and slightly savory. Sweet green olives and fresh strawberry-red cherry compote. Flavors are strange. Pinewood, bitter greens (dandelion) and tart pie cherry. Bit of tobacco and licorice without sugar. Like the root of the licorice fern. Earthy. Plenty of tartness too. Cranberry relish meets corncob pipes. This is hearty, tannic and French oaked Cab with an attitude. It might be nice with some aging. At this stage it’s pretty intense in its robustness.
(Had some with strong black Aussie licorice and it’s a nice compliment. Mellows the wine and improved the licorice).

Fun, lush cabernet with lots of fruit and juicyness that coats the mouth nicely. Very enjoyable.
