Another very earthy wine on the nose. I let it open up for 24 hours and it’s much better. A bit acidic, not one of my favorite Cabernet Francs.

Sep 22nd, 2018My second rating for this one. Much better on the second night. Full bodied, slightly tannic, loads of fruit. And it’s chilly enough outside to stay chilled on this very cool central Florida night! Oh and this is #700 for me!!

Pretty solid... Needs to open a bit, due to slight fruit-forward profile, but desirably bold, earthy, with some spice and smokiness. Worth buying again at $25 (Vendome)
