Napa Valley Field Blend

Ruby red, made from super old zin/Primitivo vines that are nearing the end of their production life--evident in concentration of red fruit & berry, but still bright w white pepper, cacao, and graphite notes. Great intensity. A superb "cooking dinner" wine--a little steeply priced however, due to small production.

At Bacaro in Houston enjoying with chicken/vegetables risotto. Love the Oakville Ranch Field Blend...always a great wine.
