Old Soul Estate Grown Lodi Pinot Noir

Trying again. On sale at Grocery Outlet for about $5. Dark color of a black cherry in the glass. Smells a bit like berry sugar (jammy) and band-aid. Little cut for lumber. Flavors are muted and fairly big for pinot. Has a nice zip and zing at the end. Aged well. Still plenty of acid. It’s great for Lodi Pinot Noir. New world style with just a hint of complexity.

Still a great CA Pinot buy.

Nice style to the simple label. Red, red wine color. Has a fruit bomb nose. Cherry and extremely ripe berries of the runner and vine. The flavors are easy and very fruity. This isn’t a complex Pinot. Kinda boring.

Pretty solid for the price!

Jammy but smoldering and classy. If you bring this over someone's house, they will compliment you on your good taste and then apologize profusely for not recognizing it sooner.

Little grape juicy but good.

Solid Pinot noir with jammy notes and a bit of spice.

Good classic red! Went well with chocolate.
