One of the best wines Ive ever tasted. Big jammy nose, big texture and wonderful explosive jammy flavor. Slight lingering flavor, very mild tannins. Drink alone or with food either way. Best blend I've ever had. The price is worth every bit!

Candied, salty bacon. Everywhere. Lighter in abv at 14.5% but necessary as it adds elegance to an otherwise to sweet wine for me. Black fruits and smoked meat noticeable as well.

Hard to imagine this wine getting better with age, but I sure would like to find out. We'll have to look for it at retail. Very nice for the price, especially at a rather fancy restaurant.
