On a transfer to Montreal, I taste this wine at the airport, an opportunity to taste the wines of Canada. In addition to the varietal notes of Pinot Noir (Cerise, Cranberry, cloves, minerality, undergrowth), the Burgundian reference is obviously felt at the level of breeding (toasted, caramel). The whole is balanced, well done, with charm. A nice light and dry wine, simple and accessible.
