Medium lemon straw . Fine and consistent perlage . Quite yeasty and autolytic in character with brown bread , followed by lemon peel and camomile , elderflower . On the palate quite dry and austere at first , those brown bread yeasty notes coming through with citrus and a hint of ginger. Quite long and with good acidic backbone , and mouth-filling presence on the palate . Very good now , though like the Tillington single vineyard from this vintage , absolutely no rush . Now and over the next 5 to even 10 years .
