Rather uninteresting as a sipper yet this shines with moderately rich food. It's also better after 3 hours in the decanter...too simple otherwise, even as a $16 wine.

Medium red. Slightly bold, with a mineral finish. Great every day drinking wine. Purchased at Amsterdam Wines.

First Spanish bottle. Good dry Granache (Granache grapes only). Dark cherry, light white pepper, mellow tannins, with an easy finish. Needs a bit of air. Would love with food bc not too sharp and wouldn't be a drastic change in taste like most reds. Could drink all night. Also not too sweet ❤
