Stormy nights call for big wines. Not our usual style, but Januik is usually pretty consistent. Decanted an hour, oak and vanilla dominate then the fruit comes in. Plums and cherries, leather. Tannins persistent. Great with pizza.

Velvety smooth. Plum, dark berries, and cream. Long finish. One of my top 3 Cabs ever.
