Bright, floral and full of fruit. Notes of peaches and melon with a slight minerality. Slightly sweet with medium acidity. Paired nicely tonight with a Pan-Roasted, Butter Basted Halibut with Olive Oil Smashed Rosemary and Thyme Fingerling Potatoes and Haricot Vert Almondine.
