Tarragona Tempranillo

Really good for the price. Purchased at Total Wine in Scottsdale.

2015 vintage - red fruit and young. Better on second day.

Totally awesome for the price-such a surprise-very easy to drink and smooth.

Very easy drinker. Cherry and plum juicy buy slightly dry finish. Balanced

Spicy. Some slightly thin oak, but vanilla and a touch of white pepper come in on the back end. A bit of chalkiness, but pretty tasty for the price.

Update: Next day. The oak has exploded all over this piece. The white pepper is still there, of course, but... Holy Oak.

Dark ruby red, nose of cherry and dark berrys and slight hint of maple. Medium bodied with a very fruit forward cherry, ripe tannins,hints of alcohol with a finish of plum. Easy drinking everyday table wine. Good tempranillo for the price of $8.99

Dry and earthy. Blackberries and currants. Bison berries? Good everyday wine. Smooth aftertaste.

Rating matches the the price. Dark ruby red. Wet earth, button mushrooms, all spice, damp wood. Acidic, tart, nectarine, cherries and strawberries.
