Dark purple with meaty plummy woody bouquet. Settles in the mouth with warmth and tannic beauty. The finish lingers and takes me to the butcher shop? Say what?!with notes of chopped chives mixed with minerals and mild acidity. A strange and beautiful mystery from a liquid made with fruit. One swallow begs for another.
