Dangerous for a sugar tooth like me. Woody. Slightly bitter. Just sweet enough.

Currently my favorite- the perfectly balanced bitterness off sets the candied orange peel, light pine essence, saffron, anise, and all spice with maple. Not too sweet, not too bitter, and a wonderful way to end an evening- just wish it was a tad less $$.
