Zesty nose (lime, orange) with notes of subtle minerality and citrus on the palette. Semi dry and great with cheddar, just right acidity

This is possibly the weirdest wine I have ever tried. It takes like water with a very bitter burn to it. Bought on a whim, would not purchase again.
