May 23rd, 2015Pleasantly surprised-- A Paso Cab/Rhone/assorted varietal producer making pinot noir made me raise an eyebrow--well done for a 1st vintage. Rhubarb, cherry tart and cinnamon stick with some foresty/juniper character underneath. Great acidity, alcohol is pretty tame though a little heat on the finish. Edna Valley is some killer value for everyday pinot!
