Hefeabzug Wachau Grüner Veltliner

2012 starting to spread its wings. No hurry though; this wine is more about evolving rather than sudden change. Not a profound wine but exceeds expectations.

Round tropical fruit. Cut mineral. Underlying herb. Good spot.

2012. Funky stuff, fooled me

Refreshing, low on acidity. Yet still enjoyable. It gets better after every sip. I can definitely enjoy this on a hot summer day with oysters.

Who got the gravy? Nikolaihof got the gravy.

Raw stone fruit staring down the smoking gun barrel. Tense argument of acid and mineral. Time could settle this.
