Very pleasant. Crisp and dry, featuring lemon and pear flavors. Green and acidic on the tongue but muddled and mineral in the finish.

Orange creamsicle with slight effervescence. Buttered corn. Refreshing but has some body. Bitter, sour and a touch of sweetness.
