Delicious well made, elegant, rich and balanced. This village has 1er Cru quality and given the issues with the hail and destruction of vineyards I will not be surprised if it does includes 1er Cru plots, nose is rich with a hint of wet forest, animalistic notes, mushrooms, cassis and black berries, medium body, round, smooth, rich, delicious finish. My score 89, drink to 2022

High quality throughout, the wine is showing both provenance, and structure with developing complexity in the glass and a long balanced finish. Drinks well, and there’s no need to wait, even though it will continue to develop complexity for another five years or so.

Surprinsgly good, fresh and elegant, with a good complexity, showing a mix of fresh and dried red fruit, the tell tale soubouis and mineral notes gives this wine its well deserved identity. A nice development in the glass. Good balance and structure. At five years of age the wine drinks very well and is not in need of any further aging
