Trace of salinity. Apple and pear with a touch of citrus. Some oak?

Nose of white peach with subtle oak - peach and mineral on the palate - agreeable but not stunning

Nice golden color with bright pear and apple notes on the palate. Hints of spice. Great balance. The oak is remarkable but not overpowering. Pretty much a classic Pouilly Fuissé.

Apple fruit, with pear and citrus., and just a little pineapple in the finish. This also has stony minerality and a little oak, which is what I noticed first. The acidity is light and fresh. There's maybe just a little nuts and spice. None of the flavors dominates and in that sense this is nicely balanced. On the other hand, nothing is really distinctive. This is a favorably priced white burgundy that goes well with food, and is pleasant on its own.

Bright but focused concentration and freshness. Whipped cream, gala apples and a bright nutty spice note with a unique minty herbal quality on the nose that lingered through the finish. Elevated acid on a soft, elegant frame.
