Popped and poured; enjoyed over the course of an hour. The 2012 pours a straw color with a persistent mousse. On the nose, the wine is developing with bright tropical fruit, raspberry, lemon curd, brioche and dazzling minerals. On the palate, the wine is dry with high acid. Confirming the notes from the nose. The finish is long and mineral laden. This tastes like 2012 with the fruit and acid both dialed up to 10 but in perfect balance. Drink now through 2037. Disgorged July 2019

Popped and poured; enjoyed over the course of a few hours. Initially, this was a little reticent and even a touch thin. However, after about 30min, it gained depth and dare I say, body! The 2008 pours a straw color with a persistent mousse. On the nose, the wine is developing with notes of passion fruit, yellow apple, raspberries, strawberries, lime tree flowers, fresh brioche, ginger snap cookies, marzipan, and limestone minerals. On the palate, the wine is dry with high acid. Confirming the notes from the nose. The finish is long. Disgorged 04/2016. Dosage: 3g/l. bottle no. 1950/18516

Very fresh. 4 g/l dosage. Great balance and length. Some yeast and red fruit. Good with Sushi.
