Buy a different Blanc de Blanc. Would have been happier paying less for a nice Cava or a bit more for an interesting Champagne, Blanc de Blanc or no. Just no personality in either of the Nicholas Feuillatte bottles I've tried. I suppose the possibility exists that they were not stores correctly at the vendor's, but they didn't taste off, just lacking in character.
