Buy a different Blanc de Blanc. Would have been happier paying less for a nice Cava or a bit more for an interesting Champagne, Blanc de Blanc or no. Just no personality in either of the Nicholas Feuillatte bottles I've tried. I suppose the possibility exists that they were not stores correctly at the vendor's, but they didn't taste off, just lacking in character. — 2 years ago

I've never enjoyed a Riesling more. I usually tend toward drier whites, so I didn't really expect this to be my style, but it had lingered in the cave a vins for too long, and one day we just cooked and opened it, and it was fantastic. Lots of layers, not sweet, suppose and I agreed it was too notch — 7 years ago

I'm always underwhelmed by this wine. I much prefer every other NZ Sauvignon Blanc I've ever tried. I know it has an excellent reputation and I buy it when it's on sale and I don't see a known better option on the shelf, but I think this is the last time I fall for it. Just no personality in the bottle. I miss the herbaceous flavor I find in other NZ wines. — a year ago

Pretty lackluster compared to other champagnes I've enjoyed in the past from Möet, Taittinger, smaller houses. I wouldn't buy again, tbh. Hopefully their Blanc de Blancs is better. :/ Spouse agrees: "single note." — 2 years ago
