Fer de Sang Aveyron Fer Servadou

A unicorn red that did a Beaujo parlor trick with all sorts of fish at a lovely Brklyn restaurant. Fresh, red fruited, hibiscus but just enough grip & complexity to keep things interesting

Gary and cranberries when opened but got more harmonious over a few days with tart cherry and walnut

Unusual, ferrous and quite tart. Fun

Light Beaujolais-like red, meant to be served chilled. Fruity wine, with a slight tannic aspect that is not overdone. Not a dinner wine, but good for picnics.
