Wine is incredibly dark and brooding. Very dense and heavy taste and texture right out of the bottle.
Drank over about 3 hours. Oxygen was this wines friend and the wine opened up quite a bit to reveal more bright and red fruit to complement the black fruit and density which also gave way as it breathed.
Not a blockbuster from a complexity perspective and lacked the punch of something special. But a solid oakville cab nonetheless and not too oaky.

#KWN Wine 4. Inky color with amazing legs. Blackberry, tobacco and mineral flavors caress the palate. This is massive. Lush, concentrated and chewy, and only got better the longer it was open. Friggin awesome. My first Nickel & Nickel. What a treat. And it won't be my last!
