Black fruit, bacon, black olive, black pepper, becoming more lifted with air. Profound character and finesse at this price.

Mineral-y awesomeness, incredible nose, perfect level of tannins for drinking on its own, but I can definitely see it shine with a lovely cut of meat :)

Super dark, inky, red/violet in color. Nose is savory, almost smokey, with dark berry fruit and soft spice. Palate is amazingly deep but not over extracted, has some qualities reminiscent of Rhone wine of the same grape, animal skin, roasted meats, crushed herbs, charcoal, and dark fruits. Acid is well integrated as are the tannins.
