High acidity to this slight effervescent blend featuring mostly merlot and cab sauv. Thin body and lack of legs yield to spicy and fruit toward plums and dried currents with a bit of blackberry and pepper. Short finish. Better in a decade.

Mar 27th, 2016Medium body. Well balanced at first sip but with food, this impact is almost gone and just leave young, fruity fresh taste. Good with Jamón serrano. (to enjoy last note more pleasant) also, Camembert is good, to enjoy first note( gets sweeter). Meat, salty food like nuts will kill the flavor.
