Orange juice, kiwi, lime curd and camomille. Flintstone and lots of petroleum. Could easily be mistaken for a Rheingau.

Colour: pale yellow, almost grey, quite transparent.
Nose: great minerality and citrus to note first, hints
of lime and passion fruit but very subtle. Overall it exudes flinty minerals.
Palate: light and unexpectedly sweet! Very delicate and it shows a perfect balance for sweetness, dryness and acidity. A great and clear note of tropical passion fruit, and with less intensity ripe melon and apricot... very long in the mouth, nice and
soft texture... extremely pleasant and good finish.
