Just Fucking Good Wine Marselan

Strange experience, tasted 2013 blind, two bottles in a serie of three. Didn't recognize the wine as being the same... One bottle was treated with hypo-ventilation, this seemed extremely closed to me. The 'normal' bottle showed a more open bouquet and some elegance. The wine is from Valencia.

Medium bodied blend. Very surprising mix of tastes: cloves, cinnamon, bit of oak.

Medium-bodied, medium sweetness & acidity. Blend. Chilled, paired well with tapas.
