Very pale green to yellow. Nose of oak and white peach. Smooth mouth feel, hints of wood and yeast, white peach. Medium acidity, no finish.

Straw, sour grapefruit, meaty nose. Light fruit on front of the tongue, strikes the back of tongue hard. Sour. Liked it.
