100% Chardonnay from the Languedoc region of France with original artwork by Oscar Lett, a UK-French artist based in Brooklyn, NY. Pétillant Natural (Pét-Nat) is a French term meaning “naturally sparkling”. This style of sparkling wine made with the “ancestral” method, which is the oldest version of sparkling winemaking. Funky aromas of ripe fruits and biscuit notes. Slightly off-dry palate has flavors of apple and pear with citrus floral notes. Medium finish, lively bubbles ending with tart fruit and yeasty notes.

Flavors of green apple, biscuits, pears, honey, orange zest and almonds. Hint of lime on the finish. Crisp acidity, vivacious bubbles, and a creamy texture. Low alcohol (11.5%).
