It had the mouse barnyard smell of normal natural wine but it was very subtle. There was a lot of blue fruit, blueberries, marionberries, and a slight lemongrass taste but very subtle overall. It’s an easy-drinking wine for people who are first getting into natural wine

Went in expecting mineralogy plus funk; was not expecting the lush tropical fruit-forward was of it. Pineapple, mango, and honeysuckle explode—you’re in a Hawaiian garden, you just came from the beach, and you’d much rather have this than some sugary cocktail. Well balanced acidity comes after being open a bit; unnaturally tart and sharp when first opened. Give it a few hours or a day to mellow and you’ll enjoy it much more.
