Decided to try this tonight with a filet. Has been awhile since I last tasted this wine. Aging beautifully. Great body. Depth of fruit. Just a beautiful California cab from a great vintage.

Absolutely beautiful California Cab. Fruit comes up with a real Bordeaux finish. Magnificent with aged beef. Love it.
