Fresh strawberries and cherries burst forth from the nose, with more of the same on the palate. The acidity is fresh and vibrant. This pale salmon rosé comes at the end of “rosé season,” but hang onto a bottle or two for Thanksgiving. It’s substantial enough for fall veggies, or turkey.
