Just can't get enough of chilled, light and fun reds at the moment in this scorching 40+ degree heat in Adelaide.
A fun blend of Syrah, Merlot and Pinot Noir all cultivated in the Adelaide Hills.
Juicy, vibrant and gluggable.

50% Syrah, 25% merlot and pinot. Labeled claims a bit of Sauvignon Blanc in there too. Smells whole bunchy, red and blue fruits, slightly smoky, white pepper and cola. Definitely champions fruit purity and early drinking, being bright and juicy with supple leathery tannins.

A daring blend of local Syrah, Pinot Meunièr, Merlot & Sauvignon Blanc. Nicknamed Rouge, a summer bbq wine, serve with a chill on it.

Sweet upfront, but drops quickly off. Pickled melon and citrus

Blind picked for Pinot Gris, so much poached pear and noticeable barrel work. There is percentages of Pinot Gris in the blend but unsure what. Look a right fool after only having this a week or two ago. Good wine though, serve at 12 degrees or higher.

An enjoyable wine but drinking it for the first time after not already having a few drinks has really made me think about it. The finish isn't quite there. Fair bit of acid behind it, nice flavour profile but I wish it hung around a little longer

Thoroughly enjoyable, interesting blend of predominantly syrah blended out with merlot, pinot meunier and a touch of sauv blanc. Bright red fruited in the gob with a tiny bit of spice. Fruit driven and juicy

What a cool little weirdo. Wouldn't have guessed Australia in a blind. Syrah, Pinot Meunier, Merlot, Sauvignon Blanc?! Looks like a Pinot Noir and drinks like a red made by a white wine maker. Cool.
