Nice balance and the 07 year has really been a great year for amazing showing of long lasting fruit. I like it and usually the acidity of Mumm is overwhelming until five years and then some creaminess can show.

Floral on the nose, creamy, fuller mouthfeel. Very smooth, a bit on the sweeter side, but still dry.

Pleasant nose for a brut. Apple and honey and light white floral nose. Ooh! Lots of bubbles! Crisp, clean with hint of lemon. Nice punch of acidity. Delicious with apples, spread (consisting of xtra sharp cabet cheddar, 2 T salted butter. Sm clove of garlic, 1/4-1/3 c of Chardonnay.) Asiago cheese, delicious with fontina. This wine is so gooood!!
