Nice german riesling. Drinking on the first day we are finally breaking the string of nine consecutive 100 degree days in the row. High acidity, fruity, tangy edge. Okay. Nothing to get too excited about it.

I’ve always found Müller-Catoir slightly underwhelming, however 2019 has great depth & purit. Bone dry with lovely precision and an austere, steely mineral core, resembles very much a good Chablis & quite far from the typical Pfalz richness.
Good stuff!
