90% GV 10% Riesling. Very intriguing, with lots of ripe pear & lemon curd giving way to hallmarks of the two varietals - legumes & petrol. Hint of RS and great acidity. Would love to check back in five years.

Pretty awesome. Nutty nodes of old wine with a little acidity still, pear notes and a little of that white pepper if you hint for it. Super cool! 90% gruner 10% Riesling.

May 17th, 2020Aged very well! Very fine burgundian, gruner-influenced nose (ripe papaya, melon, pineapple with some apple and quince, hints of white pepper and perroleum). More Riesling-dominant on the palate with stonefruit and again petroleum. Medium plus bodied with only 12,5% abv, long minerality driven afterhall.

Feb 19th, 2018Interesting white blend. Not quite enough skin contact in my opinion. Rather sweet and wet. The 10% Riesling really dominates the palate.

Jun 5th, 20175 days skin contact, a touch of riesling, terroir driven. Gourd and pumpkin, baking spices, very riesling-dominated finish with lime, wet stone and waxy parsnip. Lovely.
