Elixir Palomino - Muscat Blend

Blend of 60% Palomino and 40% Moscatel, from two different vineyards, both farmed biodynamically. The Palomino comes from La Platera vineyard in Pago Miraflores (albariza soil), while the Muscat comes from Pago Abulagar ( sandy-clay soils). Fermented and aged for 9 months in used oak barrels. Very aromatic, perfumed, a bit natty. My least favorite of the lineup.
